Returns:
We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee otherwise regulated by our suppliers or are stated from the time you receive your order, that if you are not completely satisfied with the Flower Lock System, simply contact us for a refund. Excluding shipping charges.
Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
Please email us at info@flowerlock.com or call us at 1-304-877-3768 within 15 days of delivery so we can quickly arrange for a replacement part.
Refused Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Flower Lock and any other related costs.
Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. All returns must be in the same condition as received or item will be returned to you.
Please do not simply try to return product without contacting us first.
